I am certain Ethan viewed my blog.
He concerned and asked me this question -
"Annie, are you happy with this new job?"
It was a simple question, but there was no easy answer.
I thought over his question during dinner time. Am I working happily?
To answer his question, I can only say I am still new to this company, just 3 months.
There are more than 200 staff in this Singapore office and I don't know many of them.
There are alot of things to learn.
I was happy working in Tektronix, stayed loyal for almost 15 years.
I worked well with US management team and colleagues at all levels.
I built good rapport with all my customers, channel partners and distributors, earned their trust.
I received recognition from US management.
I mastered the service software "OpenUPTIME" and achieved title "Super User".
My hard work & my contributions had came to an end.
I cried many times and were sad on my last day with Tektronix,
Dec 31, 2009.
Ethan knew and kept me company during my downtime.
He stayed online most of the time, made time for me, listened to me, guided me and gave me lots of encouragement.
Though we are far apart, but Ethan knows me well.
He is a thinker, analyze my subject title:
"Coffee Taste So Bitter Lately"
and that was why he concerned and wanted to find out.
