Overcome Tiredness

I have some tips to share with you to overcome tiredness.

Eat a well balanced diet, which consists of fresh fruits and vegetables, moderate quantities of lean meat and fish. To lead a healthy lifestyle, it is important to get rid of all unhealthy habits, like smoking and alcohol consumption. Often high fat food and sweets clog up the entire system and begin to feel tired and clumsy.

Engage in some kind of physical activity like walking, cycling or swimming. It is a good way to beat sleepiness and tiredness.  Exercise promotes good oxygen and blood circulation making one feel more energetic.

Have a good night sleep. Daily 8 hours of sleep can sufficiently give the body renewed energy for the next day. 
Careful ... oversleeping will make one feel tired the entire day.

Taking short naps are helpful.
Careful ... not more than 40 minutes, otherwise will enter deep sleep and very difficult to get up.

A morning bath always makes us feel refreshed.


Drink more water, less caffeine like tea and coffee.
Though, caffeine acts as a stimulant and helps to regain focus and stay productive..
 

Learn to manage our stress effectively.
Going for a short vacation, helps lowers down stress levels and relaxes the body.
