Health is Wealth

I want to have a stimulating and fun way
to keep fit, keep my body and mind active.
It is essential that I choose a class that is suitable for my own fitness level and ability, and in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
I enjoy music and like to learn simple dance. 
 
With a wide range of music
and a variety of dance steps and patterns, then put them together
to create some fabulous dances.
