Passport Project CRP1 - APAC Trainer Role

This was a group picture, taken at a restaurant where we had a get-together dinner after the training.
In it, had trainers from the United States, Consultants and trainees from Australia, Brazil, France, Germany, Hongkong, Japan, Korea, Mexico and Singapore.

The training will soon be completing in a week's time.
I have to start thinking of my additional new role as an APAC Trainer.
What approach should I take that works best with my functional areas in the knowledge transfer process.

I may need to use the analogy of someone moving from one home to another, needs to move his/her belongings by a certain date and time.
Focus on loading and unloading of his/her belongings from the old home to the new, in order to meet the predefined schedules, no sorting of boxes, simply unloading those from the truck into a spot in the new home.
After all the boxes are moved into the new home, he/she needs to decide which boxes to unpack first - more than likely, it will be those that cater to basic needs. The next step would be determining the order of going through the rest of the boxes in a manner that makes sense within the available time.

At this point, I have to absorb as much information presented to me during my training as possible. I need to do more practice and exercises to reinforce what I have learned and achieve the level of confidence where I can feel comfortable about my role as trainer.
As I reach a level of mastery, I will start associating and contextualizing what I have learned to my region.

I have to start planning my training approach, not just topics but my delivery techniques which takes into account my knowledge of people in my functional division and the current processes.
