We chatted almost everyday, be it official or unofficial matters.
He is my mentor.
He had given me alot of guidance, with his "Wealth of Knowledge"
I remember what he has said -
I want a team that works together towards the same goal.
I want a team with high spirit and energy.
I want a team that cares about customers.
And he said: "Annie, you have the heart, not only the head."
Now he is not there for me. But he promised will keep in touch with me wherever he is and won't let me go!
He is the man I respect, I admire and I miss working with.
I am lost without him but I know he will be available whenever I need him.
