I have set a special ring tone for FG.
So when my phone rings with that special ring tone, I know FG is calling me.
FG told me he had a great time at the golf tournament.
FG also had a great time dining with JX, EL, JN & ZY in Malaysia.
He said JX had shared alot of great stuff about me - saying how instrumental and resourceful I am.
"Keep up the good work, effectively manage the support and service issues, keep the customers happy, minimize the sales' involvement in services related issues.
Support the sales team, let them focus on driving growth, as their challenges and expectations continue to grow year after year, with huge quota/budget."
FG may be coming to Singapore for regional meeting, and will meet up with me for dinner.
I will look forward to meeting FG.
