My Bosses count on Me

The key to being a highly effective PA, is having the initiative and ability to go the extra mile.
Must have a good understanding of the company's aims and objectives.
With this knowledge, it will be easy for me to prioritize my work and quickly identify potential issues and minimize disruptions to the business, like helping them to reach their targets, assist in the processes.
It's not easy!
It involves multitasking with multiple competing deadlines.
I must be able to adapt to the unfamiliar quickly, put in the good books with all levels of the organization. Develop an interpersonal skills is important.

Stay away from office gossip.
To keep the trust of my bosses, sensitive information will have to be kept under tight wraps. Often privy to information.
Trust can be difficult to rebuild once broken.

I have cultivated a habit of writing a "to-do" list and refer to it during the day.
This is a good way to manage my workload, prioritize the important and urgent tasks.

Whatever it is, I maintain a smile to stay cool.
This will keep me focus and remain in control, even when stressed.
