Productivity is defined as "a measure of the efficiency of me in converting inputs into useful outputs"
This is one of the challenges I have to face.
To learn how to do it better, faster and smarter, I need to cultivate an interest in the work I do.
Being an employee with decades of experience, sometimes I feel being taken advantage of.
Too many people came to me for assistance and advices.
That is always not a problem but I need to delegate if I want things to work out nicely.
In today's increasingly demanding and competitive workplace, changing the way I work can increase my productivity.
Importantly I need to be organized and focused.
Need to equip with the right skills with appropriate productivity tools to succeed and to ensure effectiveness in my work and accelerate my career path.
To summarize, I need to be articulate, highly motivated, tangible and be able to think strategically.
Able to adapt, able to cope along with enjoying new experiences. Also stay confident!
Be open and flexible to help others and myself to balance our various commitments as we are not only an employee, we are also a father or mother, a caregiver and an individual with interest outside work.
Try new things, understand why others think the way they do and embrace changes in the positive directions.
Alot of times, it is easy to say.
While respecting others views, I have to vigilantly ensure there is no hard hit if compromise.
Having a procedure or a system in place or implementing a process is surprisingly hard.
Ensure everything is right from the first step and the work is in compliance with the given procedure.
Helping customers solve their problems and establishing a strong rapport with them, gives me alot of satisfaction.
Passion is the key and it is not a job that I just
clock-in & clock-out.
Ups & downs affect me emotionally at times.
I do know that my job is not always a bed of roses and so it drives me to do better.
Passionate and committed, and always go the extra mile.
