
This morning, I was frustrated and boiled with customer care team.
Anything that have impact to customers, I will not compromise.
Thanks to JX & JN who have brought me joy during lunch hour.
I know these two Regional CSM for more than a year and they are very supportive.
During lunch, JX & JN exchanged and shared their stories about theft of iphone, scam and dentist extracted his wrong tooth.
Their vocal & expressions were so funny ... made me laugh and laugh and laugh ... hahaha hahaha
With just fruits plus laughter enough for my lunch.
They are real jokers :)
